High pressure homogenizer, also known as "high-pressure fluid nanohomogenizer", can make suspended materials flow through a special internal structure chamber (high-pressure homogenization chamber) at high speed under ultra-high pressure, causing a series of changes in physical, chemical, structural properties, etc. of the material, ultimately achieving homogenization effect.
In terms of the source of boost power, the following is a brief introduction by the editor to the types of boost power for high-pressure homogenizers, as follows:
pneumatic type
Convert the pressure of compressed gas into hydraulic pressure. The equipment requires the support of nitrogen cylinders or compressed air machines, which consume a large amount of gas and generally have low high homogenization pressure. However, due to the lack of a separate pressurization mechanism, the volume is small and suitable for use in places equipped with air compressors.
Electric type
The electric type is powered by an electric motor and further divided into hydraulic and mechanical types.
Hydraulic type: The motor drives the oil pump and pressurizes the material through the hydraulic system. Hydraulic systems can provide higher pressure, higher equipment efficiency, relatively smaller volume, and smaller material quantities. Can be applied to both testing and production simultaneously.
Mechanical type: The motor drives the crankshaft to make the plunger reciprocate, directly pressurizing the material. By providing continuous pressure through multiple sets of plungers, the homogenization pressure is high and the output is large, but the amount of material is relatively large. At the same time, the motor driving the crankshaft requires a multi-stage reduction mechanism, which makes the equipment efficiency average and the volume relatively large. Suitable for large-scale production.
Manual type
Pressurize the material through a manual lever mechanism. Due to manual boosting, the production capacity is relatively low, but it has the advantages of quick disassembly and easy portability. At the same time, it requires a small amount of materials, which is very suitable for conducting small-scale experiments and can fully meet the research and development needs of the laboratory.
Through the above content, the editor hopes that it will be helpful for everyone to understand high-pressure homogenizers.
