Precautions for operation:

1. The powder content in the particles should not exceed 10. If it is not qualified, do not press it hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation and service life of the machine and the loss of materials.

2. Do not use non dry materials, as they will cause the powder to stick to the punch.

3. If there are jumping pieces or blockages during movement, do not use your hands to retrieve them to avoid causing hand injuries.

5. After production is completed, the machine dust should be cleaned and the equipment operation record should be kept.

Maintenance and upkeep methods:

1. The mechanical components are equipped with oil cups, which can be filled with lubricating oil or grease according to the type of oil cup. Before starting up, all oil should be added once, and during production, it can be added based on the temperature rise and operation of the bearings.

2. Regularly inspect the mechanical components for flexibility and wear, and promptly repair any defects found.

3. After a single use or shutdown, the residual powder on all parts of the machine should be cleaned; If the downtime is long, the die must be removed and the machine must be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil.

4. Maintenance of stamping dies: Clean and scrub, dry, apply rust proof grease, and place in a suitable container to maintain cleanliness and prevent collision and damage.
