The precautions for using the capsule filling machine are as follows:
1. The electrical casing and body must be grounded to ensure safety, and the power should be cut off after work is completed.
2. Belonging to vibration machinery, the fastening of screws in various parts should be checked regularly. If there is looseness, it should be tightened in a timely manner to prevent malfunction and damage.
3. After finishing work every day, residual drugs on the machine and in the mold holes should be cleaned to keep the whole machine clean and hygienic, and to avoid rinsing the main machine with water. If the mold on the machine needs to be cleaned, the fixing screws can be loosened and removed for easy installation.
4. Organic glass components (workbench, medicine board) should avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, and heavy objects should not be placed. The medicine board must be placed vertically or horizontally to avoid deformation and damage.
