3. The maintenance of the punching die should be placed in a covered iron box, so that the entire punching die is immersed in oil, and it should be kept clean to prevent rust and damage. It is best to customize the iron box for each specification to avoid installation errors during use and help to grasp the damage situation.
4. Regularly inspect the mechanical components, 1-2 times a month. The inspection items include whether the worm gear, worm gear, bearings, pressure, crankshaft, upper and lower rail guides and other moving parts rotate flexibly and wear out. If any problems are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner.

1. The installation of electrical circuits should pay attention to the voltage. If not specified by the user, it should be set at 380 volts. When wiring, attention should be paid to the direction of rotation of the motor, which must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the machine, and must not be reversed. To ensure electrical safety, an effective grounding wire must be installed.
2. This machine is packed as a whole, and after unpacking, it can be moved to a suitable place for use. After leveling, it can be used. If the position is fixed, foot nails can be added.
