Oral liquid filling machine is a filling equipment specifically designed for new types of oral liquid easy to pull bottles. The design is reasonable, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and there is a mechanical bottle shortage stop filling device.
Working principle of oral liquid filling machine:
(1) Transmission principle: The power is transmitted from the motor to the gearbox worm gear shaft through the pulley, and then transmitted to the pulley shaft, filling part, and capping head through various gears. The filling part, capping head, and various pulleys move synchronously and transmit power to the bottle feeding pulley device through bevel gears.
(2) The principle of the filling part: Oral liquid bottles are sent from the bottle feeding wheel to the transition wheel, and then to the synchronous belt by the transition wheel. The bottle is dragged forward at a constant speed by the insert on the synchronous belt. The filling needle is inserted into the bottle mouth under the control of the tracking mechanism and moves forward synchronously with the bottle to achieve tracking and filling. The diving needle rises with the rise of the liquid level, playing a role in defoaming.
(3) Cover supply system: composed of cover transport track, cover head and cover wearing mechanism. The lid head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to sort out the messy lids in a queue, and then enters the lid conveying track through the reversing twisting track. When passing through the lid putting mechanism, the bottle hangs the lid and passes through the pressure cover plate to make the lid put on correctly.
(4) Cap rolling head: After putting on the cap of the oral liquid bottle and entering the cap rolling head turntable, the three already opened rollers will rotate forward with the turntable around the bottle as the center, pressing the cap under the control of the cam. At this time, the three rollers will simultaneously roll towards the cap under the action of the cone sleeve. After rolling, they will also leave the cap and return to their original position.
(5) Tracking filling mechanism: driven by servo motors, gears and racks move, thereby driving the filling needle to perform reciprocating motion. By adjusting the relative position between the needle holder and the mounting bracket, the injection needle can be accurately inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth.
