Precautions and adjustment accuracy for the operation process of oral liquid filling machine

What is the operating process of the oral liquid filling machine? What are the precautions when operating this filling machine? Let's take a look!

1. Pour the filled liquid bottle upside down onto the work basket and check if the bottom of the bottle is aligned.

2. Place the vacuum basket into the vacuum tank, cover the quick opening lid and lock it.

3. Close the exhaust valve and inlet valve, turn on the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum regulating valve to make the vacuum degree (determined by the test filling amount) meet the process requirements, step on the foot pedal, and insert the liquid into the lower port of the filled bottle.

4. Slowly open the inlet valve, and the liquid level in the tank will rise. At the same time, open the exhaust valve to keep the liquid level between the specified levels in the observation window.

When the vacuum gauge pointer is in the 0 state, it proves that the liquid filling is completed. Return the foot folding board, open the quick opening can lid, and take out the full liquid bottle.

6. For troubleshooting of vacuum mercury, please refer to the user manual of XD series but grade rotary vane vacuum pump. If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time (more than 7 days), the old oil in the vacuum mercury should be drained, and the pump body should be cleaned and replaced with new oil to prevent water in the oil from corroding the pump body.

What should be noted when using an oral liquid filling machine:

1. The quantitative filling machine is in standby mode after being powered on.

When it is necessary to change the filling amount, the measuring cup can be adjusted high. When adjusting, it is necessary to slowly adjust when the machine starts. Do not adjust when the machine is stationary to avoid the measuring cup getting stuck.

3. The two connecting bearings on the transmission connecting rod in the base (box) of the quantitative filling machine need to be lubricated once a month. The lubricating oil is lithium based grease, using the method of the present invention. The bearing seat under the turntable has been lubricated before leaving the factory and does not require lubrication during use.

How to adjust the accuracy of oral liquid filling machine:

1. The filling error is mainly determined by the filling amount, filling speed, and the opening and closing speed of the upper and lower valves. The opening and closing speed of the upper and lower valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The higher the viscosity, the slower the valve opening and closing speed.

The spring pressure of the regulating valve should be determined based on the trial charging measurement and the experience of the operator.

The opening and closing speed of the thickened valve is mainly regulated by the spring pressure of the valve. When the spring pressure increases, the opening and closing speed of the valve accelerates.
