6、 Installation, operation, and maintenance

Replace the filter bag

1. Cut off the pump power and lock the pump power to prevent it from being turned on until the pump stops running.
2. Close the inlet valve of the filter.
3. Close the outlet valve of the filter.
4. Open the drain valve, then open the exhaust valve to drain the liquid from the filter.
5. The filter should not have internal pressure.
6. The pressure gauge should be checked to zero pounds.
7. Apply external force counterclockwise to loosen the black threaded cover of the filter until the cover separates.
8. Carefully disassemble the filter bag and insert a new one.
9. The recommended differential pressure filter bag is the No. 6 filter bag.

10The operation of replacing the filter element is the same as described above.

Install a filter

1. Clean the hygiene of the O-ring gasket and O-ring gasket groove.
2. Align the sealed cover in place and insert the black threaded cover over the sealed cover.
3. Manually tighten the black threaded cover clockwise to ensure that the lower end face of the threaded cover is tightly attached to the sealing cover.
4. Close the drain valve and exhaust valve
5. Open the outlet valve and then open the inlet valve.
6. Clean the outer surface of the filter without scratching it.
7. Turn off the power, start the pump, and check if there is any leakage in the seal of the cover and if the pressure gauge pointer is within the corresponding scale range.
