1、 Preparation work
Before conducting microfluidic chip experiments, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Check if the chip connection pipeline is normal and fill it with homogenized experimental samples, such as cell suspensions or drug matrices;
2. Necessary cleaning and disinfection of chips to avoid foreign object contamination and microbial infection;
3. Prepare the necessary instruments, equipment, and reagents for the experiment, such as microscopes, liquid pumps, temperature controllers, fluorescent dyes, etc.
2、 Operation process
When conducting microfluidic chip experiments, the following steps should be followed:
1. Connect the connected chip to the chip slot of the microfluidic chip, and insert the connected pipeline into the corresponding joint in the chip slot;
2. Activate the corresponding instruments and controllers, and adjust the required parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc;
3. Perform thermal equilibrium or temperature adjustment before the experiment to ensure that the experimental environment is consistent with the set conditions;
4. Inject the sample solution into the corresponding pipeline of the microfluidic chip, and perform continuous or intermittent processes such as sample addition, mixing, reaction, and detection according to the required flow rate and direction until the experiment is completed;
5. After the experiment is completed, promptly clean the residual liquids and solids inside the chip and place them in the corresponding storage devices.
