1. Compressed air quality control
Clean and dry compressed air should be used, and the dew point temperature is recommended to be controlled between 2-10 ℃. If the environmental humidity is high or there is a lot of condensed water, a dryer, aftercooler, and automatic drainage device should be installed before the filter.
2. Environmental adaptability
High temperature environments require the use of high-temperature resistant cylinders and the blocking of radiant heat sources;
Avoid strong magnetic field interference and prevent magnetic switch misoperation;
Protective covers should be installed in places with high levels of dust, oil droplets, or water droplets.
3. Safety operation standards
Only copper tools or compressed air are allowed to be used when cleaning the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to damage the smooth surface of the screw and die;
Wear gloves during operation to prevent metal impurities from falling into the barrel;
The compressed air pressure of the inflated tube blank needs to be precisely adjusted to avoid rupture or asymmetric membrane tube.
4. Process stability maintenance
Close monitoring of extrusion pressure, temperature, and speed fluctuations, using a closed-loop control system to ensure stable screw speed. The gap between the air knife should be maintained at 1-2mm, as the uniformity of the airflow directly affects the transparency of the film.
5. Key points of equipment maintenance
Regularly check the axial/radial swing of the mechanical seal, and ensure that the oil level of the reducer is within the normal range. After shutdown, residual materials should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent pipeline blockage.
6. Special scenario protection
Electromagnetic valves are prohibited from being used in explosive gas environments and must comply with explosion-proof requirements. The vacuum device can assist the film sticking roller to avoid the generation of bubbles.
