1、 Structural principle
1. Core components
Rotating drum: lying horizontally under the powder hopper, with a trapezoidal scraper on the surface, and achieved forward and backward swinging motion through rack and pinion transmission.
Sieve system: fixed on both sides of the drum through sieve clamps, the sieve aperture controls the particle size, and replacing the sieve can adjust the particle size.
Transmission device: The motor drives the worm gear reducer, which is converted into the reciprocating motion of the rack through the eccentric shaft, driving the drum to sway.
Dustproof mechanism (new design): Some models are equipped with foldable dust-proof cloth and support frame to reduce dust diffusion during cutting.
2. Working principle
After adding damp powder or clumped materials to the powder hopper, the drum squeezes the material by swinging left and right, forcing it to pass through the mesh holes and form.
After being extruded through sieve holes, the particles are cut into uniform particles by an external cutter or rotating blade.
The particle density and size can be controlled by adjusting the drum speed (electromagnetic speed regulation) and the tightness of the screen mesh.

Can handle damp powders, clumped dry materials, and produce particles of different diameters by replacing the sieve mesh;
Not applicable to semi-solid, fluid, or highly abrasive materials.
4. Efficient and stable operation
Continuous production improves efficiency and reduces power consumption;
The main shaft seal design prevents lubricating oil from contaminating materials, and the oil storage structure of the worm gear box ensures transmission stability.
