The maintenance of small low-temperature spray dryer needs to be combined with daily operation and regular in-depth maintenance. The following are the key points:
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and sealing inspection
After daily shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the drying chamber, nozzle, and atomization disc, use neutral cleaning agents to remove residual materials, and avoid scaling affecting the atomization effect. At the same time, check the integrity of all seals (such as cylinders and pneumatic box doors), and add special lubricating oil to the sliding rod to ensure sealing.
2. Electrical and pneumatic systems
Check if the cables and wiring terminals are secure and eliminate the risk of short circuits; Confirm that the pressure regulator is working properly and the condenser pump is running smoothly. Suggest establishing a running log to record abnormal situations.
2、 Regular deep maintenance
1. Core component maintenance
Spray nozzle/atomizing disc: Check for wear every quarter, and replace immediately if uneven atomization or blockage occurs.
Hot air system: Clean the heater, air duct, and fan monthly, use a high-pressure water gun to remove dust, and thoroughly dry and rust proof after cleaning.
Filter and transmission components: Clean or replace the air filter gasket weekly; Lubricate transmission components such as bearings and chains every six months, and adjust belt tension.
2. Chemical cleaning and disinfection
Acid wash the nozzle with nitric acid (1-2% concentration) at a temperature not exceeding 65 ℃, then rinse with clean water and disinfect at high temperature for 15-30 minutes. Be careful not to use chlorinated compounds to avoid oxidative corrosion.
3、 Safety precautions
1. Maintain after power outage and avoid storing equipment in damp environments.
2. Long term shutdown requires emptying the slurry in the pipeline and keeping the desiccant in a dehydrated state.
The above measures can effectively extend the service life of the equipment and maintain low-temperature drying performance. It is recommended to develop a personalized maintenance plan based on the equipment manual.
