Sewage treatment filtration system

In recent years, with the rapid growth of the economy, humans and cities have increasingly high requirements for the environment, which is particularly evident in large cities. Due to the shortage of urban resources, the per capita living area is very small. When designing sewage treatment plants, the land area should not be too large, and space should be fully utilized. The sewage treatment equipment should fully utilize its advantages, which has become the development direction of China's sewage industry. The serious pollution caused by sewage within the territory of our country has attracted great attention from people. The sewage treatment equipment launched in the market adopts different structural designs and process technologies according to different types of sewage. Regarding the treatment of industrial wastewater, sewage treatment equipment adheres to the following principles. Below, Zhucheng Guoyi Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. will analyze the important role that sewage treatment equipment plays in the treatment and process of industrial wastewater:

Principles of sewage treatment equipment:

① Wastewater containing toxic pollutants that are difficult to biodegrade should not be discharged into urban sewers or transported to sewage treatment plants, but should be treated separately.

② In the production process of using toxic raw materials and producing toxic intermediate products and products, reasonable process flow and equipment should be adopted, and strict operation and supervision should be implemented to eliminate leakage and minimize the amount of loss.

③ Wastewater containing highly toxic substances, such as heavy metals, radioactive substances, high concentrations of phenols, cyanide, etc., should be separated from other wastewater for the treatment and recovery of useful substances.

④ Some wastewater with high flow and light pollution, such as cooling wastewater, should not be discharged into sewers to avoid increasing the load on urban sewers and sewage treatment plants. This type of wastewater should be treated appropriately within the factory before being recycled.

⑤ Organic wastewater with components and properties similar to urban sewage, such as papermaking wastewater, sugar processing wastewater, food processing wastewater, etc., can be discharged into urban sewage systems. Large scale sewage treatment plants should be constructed, including simple and feasible treatment facilities such as biological oxidation ponds, sewage reservoirs, and land treatment systems built according to local conditions. Compared with small sewage treatment plants, large sewage treatment plants can significantly reduce basic construction and operating costs, and are easy to maintain good operating conditions and treatment effects due to stable water quantity and quality.

⑥ Some toxic wastewater that can be biodegraded, such as phenol and cyanide containing wastewater, can be treated in the factory and discharged into urban sewers according to allowable discharge standards. The sewage treatment plant will further carry out biological oxidation degradation treatment.

Process selection criteria

1) The urban sewage treatment process should be optimized and determined based on the treatment scale, water quality characteristics, environmental functions of the receiving water body, and local actual conditions and requirements, after comprehensive technical and economic comparisons.

2) The main technical and economic indicators for process selection include: investment per unit of water treatment, reduction of investment per unit of pollutant, electricity consumption and cost per unit of water treatment, reduction of electricity consumption and cost per unit of pollutant, land area, reliability of operational performance, ease of management and maintenance, overall environmental benefits, etc.

3) It is necessary to determine the inflow water quality of sewage in a practical manner and optimize the process design parameters. It is necessary to conduct a detailed investigation or measurement of the current water quality characteristics and pollutant composition of sewage, and make reasonable analysis and predictions. When the water quality composition is complex or special, dynamic tests of sewage treatment processes should be conducted, and pilot studies should be carried out if necessary.

4) Actively and prudently adopt new economic technologies. For new processes applied domestically, they must undergo pilot and production trials, provide reliable design parameters, and then be applied.

The use of sewage treatment equipment should not only strictly ensure the treatment results, but also not cause secondary pollution to the city. In order to increase environmental benefits, the design of sewage treatment equipment should incorporate sewage reuse technology.

Industrial wastewater treatment equipment adopts membrane bioreactor(Membrane BioreactorabbreviationMBR)Technology is a new process that combines biological treatment technology with membrane separation technology, replacing the secondary sedimentation tank in traditional processes. It can perform solid-liquid separation to obtain stable water for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological pool, with minimal residual sludge in the process, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in low energy consumption and small footprint.70Membrane bioreactors have been used in research on sewage and wastewater treatment since the United States, Japan, South Africa, and many European countries. Japan has1000More seatsMBRRunning. Its water source comes from domestic sewage (such as shower drainage, toilet drainage, laundry drainage, kitchen drainage, toilet drainage, etc.) and cooling water. The scope of application is suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage in residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, government offices, schools, *, factories, and similar industrial organic wastewater, such as organic sewage treatment in the textile, beer, paper, leather, food, and chemical industries.

According to the classification of sewage sources, sewage treatment is generally divided into production sewage treatment and domestic sewage treatment. Production wastewater includes industrial wastewater, agricultural wastewater, and medical wastewater, while domestic wastewater refers to the wastewater generated in daily life. Wastewater treatment is widely used in various fields such as construction, transportation, energy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, urban landscape, healthcare, and catering, and is increasingly entering the daily lives of ordinary people.

Modern sewage treatment technology can be divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment according to the degree of treatment.

First level processing,

The main purpose is to remove suspended solid pollutants from sewage, and most physical treatment methods can only meet the requirements of primary treatment. The sewage that has undergone primary treatment,BODGenerally removable30%Left and right, unable to meet emission standards. The first level processing belongs to the preprocessing of the second level processing.

Secondary processing,

Mainly removes organic pollutants in colloidal and dissolved states from wastewater(BOD,CODsubstance)The removal rate can reach90%Above, meet the emission standards for organic pollutants.

Third level processing,

Further processing of recalcitrant organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other soluble inorganic substances that can lead to eutrophication of water bodies. The main methods include biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal, coagulation precipitation, sand ratio, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, and electroosmotic analysis.
