1、 Operating standards
1. Prevent misoperation: Before use, it is necessary to clarify the position and opening/closing method of the equipment, ensure that the operator is familiar with the procedures before operation, and avoid equipment damage or personnel injury caused by misoperation.
2. Pressure control:
When starting, it is necessary to maintain low pressure operation for 3-5 minutes (pressure difference ≤ 0.5MPa), and then gradually adjust to the working pressure (maximum not exceeding 0.4MPa).
It is strictly prohibited to apply instantaneous pressure to avoid clogging or damage to the filter element.
3. Temperature management: The operating temperature should be within the designated range of the equipment to avoid overheating that may cause equipment failure or personnel burns.
2、 Equipment maintenance
1. Cleaning and regeneration:
Regular backwashing (pressure 0.25-0.3MPa, time 10-20 minutes) or chemical cleaning (soaking in 5% hydrochloric acid/8% sulfuric acid/10% NaOH solution).
The recommended blowback pressure is 1.2-1.5 times the working pressure, 3-5 seconds each time, repeated 4-6 times.
2. Filter installation:
It must be installed vertically, with the sealing ring in place and the threaded interface nut having moderate force to prevent detachment.
Clean for 20-30 minutes before first use to ensure there are no residual impurities.
3、 Security protection
1. Leakage prevention: Control pressure, temperature, and flow parameters to avoid accidents caused by liquid/gas leaks.
2. Environmental requirements: Storage should be dry and clean, avoiding contact with chemicals or sharp objects; The pipeline connection must be firm during installation.
3. Regular inspection: Monitor changes in pressure difference (if it exceeds the initial value by 1.5-2 times, it needs to be dealt with), and replace damaged filter elements in a timely manner.
4、 Other precautions
1. Filtering direction: Usually filtering from the outside in, reverse filtering may affect the effect.
2. Supply stability: The sample needs to be thoroughly stirred before filtration to ensure uniform particle distribution.
