1. Instrument appearance cleaning
After each use, use a soft damp cloth to wipe the outer shell, remove dust, dirt, and water stains, and avoid using corrosive cleaning agents. The display screen and operation buttons should be gently wiped with a special cleaning agent to ensure no residue and sensitive touch.
2. Sensor maintenance
Sensors are core components that require regular inspection for foreign objects (such as rust and dirt) adhering to their surfaces. Minor impurities can be cleaned with a soft bristled brush, and stubborn stains should be lightly wiped with a cotton ball of anhydrous alcohol to prevent liquid from seeping into the interior. During use, collision or compression prevention is required to ensure detection accuracy.
3. Battery and Power Management
Rechargeable batteries should be charged and discharged according to the instructions to avoid excessive discharge or charging in high/low temperature environments.
When not in use for a long time, perform a charge and discharge cycle every half month to prevent battery aging.
Regularly check whether the battery interface is loose or corroded, and if necessary, clean it with rust remover and apply protective grease.
4. Connection line inspection
Check if the connecting wires of external devices such as sensors and headphones are damaged or if the interfaces are oxidized. Minor damage can be repaired with insulating tape, and interface oxidation requires cleaning the metal contacts with an eraser to ensure signal stability.
5. Storage environment requirements
The instrument should be stored in a dry, dark, and temperature stable environment to avoid extreme temperature, humidity, or dust pollution. High voltage discharge equipment (such as infusion bag detectors) should pay attention to moisture prevention to prevent electrode moisture from affecting sensitivity.
6. Security protection mechanism
For high-voltage discharge equipment (such as Leak HV detectors), it is necessary to regularly check the grounding protection, emergency stop function, and detection door status to ensure safe operation. The LED indicator light should display the real-time operating status of the device.
7. Calibration and Performance Verification
Regularly verify the detection sensitivity through standard samples (such as 1.0 μ m-5.0 μ m micropore testing) to ensure compliance with USP<1207>and other standard requirements. If any data deviation is found, it is necessary to calibrate or contact the manufacturer for maintenance in a timely manner.
Through the above maintenance measures, the lifespan of the instrument can be extended and the accuracy of the test results can be guaranteed, especially suitable for industries such as medicine and food that require strict sealing.
