Entering Jiangsu pharmaceutical enterprises: The installation and commissioning of the spray filling machine production line was successfully completed. Recently, our company customized the spray filling machine production line for a pharmaceutical enterprise in Jiangsu, successfully completed the on-site installation and commissioning, and officially entered the trial operation stage. The project is built to meet the demand of sterile preparation production of pharmaceutical enterprises, strictly following GMP specifications throughout the process, realizing the precise adaptation of equipment to the existing production system of pharmaceutical enterprises, and laying a solid foundation for large-scale and high-quality production of its spray products.

In the early stage of project implementation, the technical team entered the pharmaceutical company's production workshop in advance to conduct on-site investigation and planning. Based on the workshop layout, clean area level requirements, and existing conveyor system, develop personalized installation plans, clarify equipment positioning benchmarks, pipeline layout paths, and safety protection measures to avoid interference with existing production facilities and ensure efficient and orderly installation processes.

During the installation phase, the team strictly controls the accuracy of core processes. Complete the horizontal calibration and centerline alignment of filling machines, bottle sorting machines, capping machines and other equipment through professional instruments to ensure smooth equipment linkage; Aseptic treatment shall be carried out on the parts in contact with the materials, and quick fit fittings shall be used for pipeline connections, which shall undergo sealing testing and comply with the sterile production standards of pharmaceutical companies; Synchronize the completion of electrical system wiring and control system debugging, achieving precise control of equipment operating parameters and data traceability.

The debugging process adopts a step-by-step mode of "single machine verification linkage testing full process verification". Firstly, calibrate the core performance of each individual machine to ensure that the filling machine's measurement accuracy, capping torque, and other indicators meet the standards; Further carry out integrated debugging of the entire production line, optimize equipment operation rhythm, and solve detailed problems such as bottle conveying connection and signal coordination; Through three consecutive batches of simulated production verification, the production line runs stably, with a product qualification rate of over 99.8%, and all indicators meet the production requirements of pharmaceutical companies.
