The pharmaceutical industry has strict compliance requirements for fully automatic round bottle labeling machines, which need to meet core requirements such as GMP standards, product traceability, and clean production. Compliance design is a prerequisite for equipment adaptation to pharmaceutical production, and its application effect directly affects the compliance and safety of drug production. This article summarizes the key points of compliance design and application practice for pharmaceutical grade labeling machines.

Compliance design focuses on three core dimensions. One is material and clean design: 316L stainless steel is preferred for materials and contact parts, and food grade fluororubber is used for sealing to avoid the precipitation of harmful substances; The equipment structure is designed with a surface polishing accuracy of Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, making it easy to clean and disinfect, and preventing cross contamination of drugs. The second is error prevention and traceability design: equipped with a high-precision visual inspection system, it can automatically identify problems such as missing or incorrect labeling, label information errors, etc., and the linkage elimination mechanism can prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process; The control system supports real-time recording, storage, and traceability of production parameters, meeting the data integrity requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Thirdly, safety and protection design: equipped with safety protection covers, emergency stop buttons and other devices to prevent personnel from accidental injury during operation; The electrical system meets the protection level of IP54 or above and adapts to the environmental requirements of pharmaceutical clean rooms.
Application practice needs to strengthen compliance control. IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) full process verification must be completed before equipment installation; Strictly follow the calibration plan to regularly verify key parameters such as visual positioning accuracy and labeling accuracy during the production process; For special drugs such as vaccines and injections, specialized models with anti-static and dust-proof properties should be selected to avoid environmental factors affecting drug quality. In addition, equipment maintenance needs to establish compliance files, detailing maintenance content, time, and personnel to ensure full lifecycle compliance and traceability.
