In the essential oil processing industry, the demand for filling and capping equipment from small and medium-sized enterprises is increasingly prominent, with a "dual demand": on the one hand, workshop space is limited, and there is an urgent need for miniaturized equipment to adapt to compact layouts; On the other hand, the variety of essential oil categories and fast order turnover require equipment with efficient production capacity and stable performance. Traditional devices often fall into the dilemma of "miniaturization leads to insufficient production capacity, and efficiency improvement leads to volume expansion", and structural innovation has become the core path to solving this contradiction.

Modular integrated design is a key breakthrough in achieving miniaturization. The traditional equipment's filling, capping, and conveying modules are distributed in a scattered layout, occupying a large space and requiring tedious debugging. The innovative equipment adopts a "core module integration" architecture, integrating high-precision filling valves, adaptive capping heads, and synchronous conveying mechanisms into one. By optimizing module spacing and layout logic, the equipment's footprint is reduced by more than 35% compared to traditional models. At the same time, the module adopts a quick disassembly structure, which can flexibly switch accessories according to the type of essential oil bottle (10-100ml), without the need for overall equipment adjustment, and is suitable for multi category production needs.
The precise upgrade of transmission and drive systems plays a key role in ensuring efficient production capacity. The equipment adopts precision servo motors combined with synchronous belt transmission, replacing the traditional gear transmission structure. This not only reduces the operating noise of the equipment, but also improves the synchronization accuracy of filling and capping to ± 0.1mm, avoiding problems such as leakage and loose capping caused by asynchronous movements. In response to the volatile and highly fluid characteristics of essential oils, an innovative anti drip filling nozzle and vacuum assisted capping structure have been designed to improve filling sealing while reducing single bottle processing time to 0.5 seconds. The production capacity can reach 80-120 bottles/minute, comparable to medium-sized equipment.
In addition, the rational application of lightweight materials further optimizes the miniaturization experience. The equipment rack uses high-strength aluminum alloy instead of traditional steel, which reduces weight by 40% while ensuring structural stability, making it easy to move and install. The control system integrates touch screen and intelligent programming functions, allowing operators to quickly set parameters, store formulas, reduce debugging time, and indirectly improve production efficiency.
