The powder packaging production line consists of an automatic ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel sterilization oven, and a penicillin bottle powder packaging plug and cap rolling machine. It can automatically complete the bottle washing, sterilization and drying, packaging and capping of penicillin bottle powder. What is the working principle of the powder packaging production line?
Firstly, the bottle is unpacked and placed on the bottle turntable. The turntable rotates and feeds the bottle into the bottle washing machine. The bottles are then subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, water washing, and air washing in sequence in the grinder. The cleaning method is internal flushing and external spraying. The order and method of cleaning can be adjusted according to the customer's process. After cleaning, gradually enter the tunnel sterilization oven.
The bottles enter the sterilization oven conveyor belt and sequentially enter the preheating section, high-temperature sterilization section (oven set temperature ≥ 350 ℃, sterilization time through the high-temperature zone ≥ 5 minutes), and cooling section of the tunnel sterilization oven. The speed of the mesh belt in the high-temperature sterilization area is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system can be set, displayed, monitored, recorded, and printed. Subsequently, the dry and sterile bottles automatically enter the screw packaging machine for precise powder filling and capping.
Dry and sterile bottles are fed into the powder dispensing machine through a mesh belt. This machine adopts PLC, servo motor, and drive screw for packaging. The setting of the packaging amount is input through the touch screen, which has the advantages of easy adjustment of the packaging amount and no packaging for missing bottles (optional). Adopting an equal distribution tray bottle feeding structure, the structure is simple and reliable, with a wide range of dosage adjustments, small loading errors, and high production.
