Powder packaging capping machine is an integrated equipment that realizes quantitative powder packaging and automatic tightening of bottle caps, suitable for the packaging needs of various powder materials. Widely used in fields that require packaging accuracy and efficiency, understanding its structural logic and applicable scenarios can better leverage the practical value of the equipment.

1、 Main structural components
1. Packaging system
Feeding module: using stainless steel spiral feeding channel or vibrating feeder, equipped with intelligent speed control system, suitable for powder conveying.
Quantitative device: high-precision packaging is achieved through screw metering or electronic weighing system, and the volumetric quantitative error can be controlled within ± 1%.
Packaging head: The airflow packaging head uses vacuum suction and compressed air blowing to fill up to 300-400 bottles per minute; The screw type packaging head controls the filling amount through rotation and is suitable for small dose powders.
2. Screw cap system
Liding mechanism: The bottle caps are sorted by vibrating discs or lifting belts and supplied from the discharge channel to the capping station.
Capping head: Adopting a multi station capping design (such as 6-7 capping heads), the torque is adjusted by magnetic force to ensure consistent tightness of the capping.
Detection Unit: Equipped with CCD vision or torque sensors, it can detect defects such as missing or crooked covers in real time and automatically remove them.
3. Auxiliary system
Conveyor mechanism: including bottle turning disc, positioning star wheel, and buffer chain to ensure stable transportation of bottles.
Control system: Based on PLC and touch screen, it supports parameter preset, process formula storage, and fault alarm.
Sealing module: Some models integrate rubber plug oscillators or vacuum capping devices to improve sealing performance.
2、 Industry Applications
1. Pharmaceutical industry
Used for sterile packaging of antibiotic powder injections, medicinal powders, etc., combined with ultrasonic cleaning, sterilization ovens and other equipment to form a washing, filling and sealing production line, in compliance with GMP standards.
2. Food and Chemical Industry
Packaging milk powder, seasoning, chemical powder, etc., suitable for prefabricated bags or roll film packaging, heat sealed or vacuum sealed to ensure moisture resistance.
3. Other fields
Industries such as cosmetics and biological products that require high hygiene standards use equipment made of 316L stainless steel material.
