Hot air circulation drying oven is a drying equipment widely used in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc. It is mainly used to achieve efficient and uniform heating and drying through forced heat convection.
The daily maintenance of the hot air circulation drying oven mainly includes the following aspects:
• Cleaning work: Regularly clean the surface and interior of the oven to keep the equipment clean. Wipe with a soft cloth and avoid using cleaning agents with chemical components to prevent corrosion of the equipment. When cleaning the inside of the oven, be careful to avoid corrosive substances adhering to the inner liner, which may affect the circulation of hot air.
Check power and ventilation: Regularly inspect the power cord for damage and aging, and replace it promptly if found to ensure safe use. Keep the ventilation openings unobstructed, regularly clean the dust from the ventilation openings to ensure effective heat dissipation.
Temperature calibration and heating element inspection: Regularly calibrate the temperature of the oven to ensure its accuracy. Check if the heating element is damaged or aged, and replace it if necessary.
Fan inspection: Check whether the fan is running normally. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to ensure air circulation inside the oven.
• Avoid overloading and moisture: When using the oven, avoid overloading to prevent damage to the equipment. The oven should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid the impact of humid environment on the equipment.
• Correct operation: Follow the user manual, operate the oven correctly, and avoid equipment damage caused by misoperation. If you hear any abnormal noise during the baking process, stop working immediately and check the blower motor and impeller to avoid burning out the blower motor.
Safe operation: After baking, cut off the power first and wait for the heat to dissipate before opening the workshop door. Use specialized tools or insulated gloves to take baked goods to avoid burns.
• Record maintenance and upkeep: Establish a maintenance and upkeep record sheet, detailing the date, content, problems discovered, and measures taken for each maintenance. This helps to detect potential problems in a timely manner and prevent malfunctions from occurring.
