Precautions for using a large capacity filling production line:
1、 Equipment operation specifications
1. Commissioning and inspection before filling
Before starting, it is necessary to manually test the operation status of the equipment by shaking the handle, confirm that there are no abnormalities, and then turn on the power for operation.
When adjusting the machine, appropriate tools should be used to avoid damaging parts due to excessive force.
Filling parameters (such as capacity and flow rate) need to be accurately set to avoid product defects caused by errors.
2. Filling process control
Adopting segmented filling (large, medium, small materials) to reduce liquid impact, prevent bubbles and overflow phenomena.
The filling container needs to undergo strict cleaning and sterilization treatment to avoid cross contamination.
• Filling at low temperature (0-4 ℃) can reduce foam generation and improve stability.
2、 Equipment maintenance and cleaning
1. Daily maintenance requirements
Clean the equipment surface after daily production, with a focus on removing residual liquids or debris.
Clean and sterilize the parts in contact with materials such as pipelines and filling heads every week.
Regularly lubricate moving parts (such as conveyor belts) using specialized lubricating oil or soapy water.
2. Long term maintenance measures
When storing the equipment, avoid moisture or heavy pressure, and fix it to prevent impact during transportation.
After shutdown, the power should be turned off and the induction plug should be removed to prevent circuit aging or short circuit.
3、 Safety and risk prevention and control
1. Operational safety requirements
Use a single-phase three wire power socket to ensure reliable grounding and avoid the risk of electric shock.
Non professionals are prohibited from repairing high-voltage components without authorization and must contact the manufacturer for assistance.
2. Environmental and equipment protection
The equipment should be installed in a ventilated and dry place to avoid high temperature or humidity that may cause malfunctions.
When filling flammable liquids (such as chemical raw materials), it is necessary to equip an explosion-proof system and control the inflation pressure.
4、 Quality Control and Emergency Response
1. Finished product quality assurance
Regularly inspect the sealing performance of seals (such as screw caps and covers) to prevent liquid leakage.
The label information (production date, specifications) must strictly correspond to the filling content.
2. Response to abnormal situations
If the device is found to be overheated (such as a hot sensor head), it should be stopped immediately and cooled down.
If errors exceed the standard during the filling process, the flowmeter or valve needs to be recalibrated.
