The powder filling production line can adapt to various packaging specifications of powder/granular materials such as milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, white sugar, glucose, coffee, solid medicine, pesticides, granular additives, dyes, veterinary drugs, etc. by replacing spiral attachments.
The powder filling production line mainly includes the following process flow:
1. Bottle sorting and bottle feeding
Automatically sort empty bottles through a circular bottle organizer and transport them in a directional manner to the filling station. Double head or single head bottle sorting devices are configured according to production capacity requirements to ensure continuous and stable entry of empty bottles into the production line.
2. Quantitative filling of powder
The powder filling machine precisely measures materials (such as Sanqi powder, milk powder, etc.) through screws or dosage modules, and fills them into bottles at high speed. The filling accuracy can reach ± 1%, supporting a production speed of 60-80 bottles/minute, and compatible with quick switching of multiple bottle types.
3. Cover and lock
The automatic capping machine pours the lid into the storage bin, and after being separated by the track, hangs the lid to the bottle mouth. The capping device completes the sealing operation through mechanical or airflow assistance, and some equipment is equipped with negative pressure chip extraction function to avoid contamination.
4. Sealing enhancement and labeling
Some production lines have added aluminum foil sealing and capping processes to improve product moisture resistance. The labeling machine adopts self-adhesive or hot melt adhesive technology to position and paste labels on the bottle body, and synchronously complete the coding and identification of production information.
5. Online quality inspection and elimination
The integrated weight detector automatically identifies products with abnormal filling volume, and the PLC control system is linked to the removal device to remove non-conforming products, ensuring the consistency of the finished product.
6. Aseptic control (special scenarios)
For sterile products such as freeze-dried powder injections, semi stoppered filling is completed in a B-grade clean environment, fully stoppered after freeze-drying, and capped. The entire process is operated under A-level laminar flow protection.
