Usage and Operation

• Preparation before equipment use:

⑴ Remove tools and debris from the workbench;

⑵ Add lubricating oil to each transmission part;

⑶ Connect the main power supply;

⑷ Use the handwheel shaft to rotate and check for any blockages, then jog the car to see if the direction of movement is correct, if the parts are loose, and if the bottle control disc is accurately positioned;

⑸ Turn on the rubber stopper oscillator and check if the rubber stopper is being transported normally;

(6) Manually adjust the peristaltic pump to the required number of steps.

• Turn on the rubber stopper oscillator to fill the track with the rubber stopper;
• Turn on the vacuum pump;

⑵ Turn on the peristaltic pump operation button;

⑷ Turn on the operation button and start running the entire machine;

⑸ Carefully observe each moving part, there should be no abnormal displacement, shaking, normal machine operation, and no abnormal noise, and normal production can be carried out.

• Precautions during operation:

During the operation, attention should be paid to safety and moving parts should not be touched with hands;

When abnormal noise is detected, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner for inspection, and production can only continue after troubleshooting;

When continuous non conformities are found in the product, the vehicle should be stopped for inspection and adjustment.
