The safe operation of pipeline emulsifiers requires strict adherence to the following steps to ensure stable equipment operation and personnel safety:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: Confirm that there are no leaks in the mechanical seals and pipeline connections, and check that there are no foreign objects remaining in the stator/rotor area. Manually rotate the coupling or motor fan blades to verify that there is no jamming phenomenon.
2. Material preparation: Ensure that the material is free of hard particles to avoid damaging the cutting components.
3. Protective measures: Operators are required to wear protective equipment such as goggles and gloves.
2、 Start and Run
1. Pre filling liquid: It is strictly prohibited to operate without load. The feeding valve should be opened first to fill the chamber with material.
2. Steering verification: Immediately check whether the motor steering is consistent with the arrow marked on the equipment after starting. If there is any abnormality, power off and adjust.
3. Parameter control: Adjust the speed and flow rate according to the material characteristics, and the motor current should not exceed the rated value.
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Sequential shutdown: Close the feed valve first, empty the chamber material, and then turn off the power.
2. Cleaning and maintenance: Use neutral cleaning agents to thoroughly clean the stator/rotor to prevent residual corrosion.
3. Regular inspection: Focus on monitoring the wear of mechanical seals and promptly replacing faulty components.
Key risk warning: If there is any abnormal noise or vibration during operation, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting to avoid equipment damage caused by faulty operations.
