1. Closed clean structure:
The outer shell is made of all stainless steel material, and the inner tabletop is polished stainless steel, which meets GMP anti pollution requirements; The tablet pressing room is equipped with transparent organic glass windows, which are easy to observe and can be fully opened for cleaning.
2. Anti stick demolding technology:
The surface of the mold is chrome plated or specially polished to reduce the residue of viscous materials (such as traditional Chinese medicine extracts), and vibration assisted demolding function can be optionally selected.
3. Forced feeding system:
Design a mixer or vibrator device to address the difficulty of filling irregular pieces, ensuring uniform distribution of materials and controlling the weight difference within ± 3%.
