The Smurfs special tablet press is mainly used for pressing aromatic tablets, Smurfs tablets and other chemical products. It has a fully enclosed design to prevent cross contamination and is protected by an organic glass cover for easy observation of the operating status. The maintenance methods include the following key steps:
1、 Daily maintenance:
1. Clean the tablet pressing room and transmission room to ensure no residue accumulation; Check the lubricating oil level daily and replenish it promptly when an alarm is triggered.
2. Add lubricating grease once per shift using a manual pump (it is recommended to push the pump handle twice) to avoid equipment wear and tear.
3. Clean the dust collection compartment of the vacuum cleaner, and clean the motor compartment of the vacuum cleaner every week to prevent dust accumulation from affecting operation.
4. When loading and unloading the feeder, maintain a gap of 0.05mm between the feeder and the worktable of the punching plate, and remove the upper and lower punching to check the dust ring and lower punching damping.
2、 Lubrication management: Food grade lubricants (such as those that comply with FDA standards) must be used to avoid contamination of products by harmful substances in industrial grade lubricants; Spray high viscosity lubricant on the pressure wheel and other parts before starting up to ensure wear resistance and prevent dripping. Worm gear reducers require regular oil changes (after working for 400-500 hours), using 460 grit viscous oil in winter and 680 grit viscous oil in summer.
3、 Regular inspection and optimization:
1. Implement quarterly 3D dynamic balance calibration (with grease filling controlled at 82% ± 2%), and monitor the bearing howling frequency band to predict wear faults.
2. Adjust the belt tension by moving the tension pulley to allow the belt to move left and right by 1-2cm, and tighten the screws after adjustment.
3. Establish a database of equipment parameters to monitor indicators such as pressure attenuation (≤ 1.35MPa/min), and cooperate with temperature and humidity linkage alarm devices to reduce failure rates.
4、 Maintenance of safety devices: Ensure that the pre pressure does not exceed the limit value of 8kN, check the fault protection switches of the lower and upper punch heads, and immediately deal with insufficient lubrication; The machine cannot start when the doors and windows are not closed properly, and the function needs to be verified regularly. Optimize the material pre-processing process (such as moisture content ≤ 3%) and reduce cleaning frequency through standardized SOP.
