1、 Check before startup

2、 Precautions for operation process
1. Power supply and steering: When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the direction of the machine's operation and do not reverse it to avoid damaging the components. The direction of rotation of the electric motor should be consistent with the indicator plate (usually counterclockwise).
2. Pressure testing and start-up: Before driving, manually rotate the pulley or press the button to test the pressure. Only after confirming that the tablet meets the requirements and the machine is running normally, can it be started and put into production.
3. Exception handling: Pay attention to the operation of the machine at all times during use. If there is any abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before use.
4. The use of the reverse operation button: The reverse operation button can only be used during pressure relief or debugging to observe the situation of punching into the mold, and cannot be used arbitrarily to avoid damaging the parts and causing accidents.

1. Safety protection: The protective cover, safety cover, etc. on the machine should be installed properly before use and cannot be removed.
2. Lubrication and Cleaning: When refueling, do not let the oil overflow outside to avoid contaminating the material and affecting the quality of the tablets. Regularly clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment to ensure stable performance.
3. Troubleshooting: When adjusting components or troubleshooting, the machine must be stopped to avoid personal injury.
4、 Material and process requirements
1. Material Applicability: The flower basket tablet press is not suitable for pressing semi-solid, wet powders and powders.
2. Process adjustment: The filling depth shall not exceed 45mm, and the tablet thickness and dispensing position shall be adjusted according to the process requirements.
5、 Common fault handling
1. Unable to turn on: Check all protective devices (such as lubrication protection, pressure overload protection, etc.), and if they still cannot be turned on after troubleshooting one by one, seek professional electrical personnel to check the circuit.
2. Die malfunction: The punch rod is worn or the punch head is bent and needs to be replaced with a new part. Punch head bending is often caused by excessive pressure.
3. Guide rail and pressure wheel problem: If the guide rail is worn, it can be ground or replaced with an oilstone. If the pressure wheel is severely worn, it needs to be replaced. Regularly lubricate and maintain the pressure wheel shaft bearings.
