Why is there still severe powder leakage when there is less fine powder? Is the particle size already relatively small? We use a swing granule mechanism to pellet and press the tablets, and there is basically no powder leakage problem. The high-speed tablet press speculates that if it is fluidized bed granulation, the particles themselves will be smaller, and this phenomenon will occur.
Please refer to the instruction manual of the purchased tablet press, which will explain the acceptable fine powder amount of the equipment (usually 100 mesh as fine powder). If your variety exceeds this fine powder amount after granulation, it means that the equipment selection has not been chosen properly, and you can only improve the process or replace the equipment; If it meets the particle requirements of the equipment, then it is a problem with the equipment. Domestic equipment generally has a height difference in the turntable (i.e. large plate) due to processing technology, resulting in some turntables already contacting the feeder during rotation, while the other part still has a large gap. This is one of the main differences compared to pressure laminating machines such as Ima and Fitbosch. In this case, there is really no good solution.
