The electric constant temperature blast drying oven adopts a microcomputer PID temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function, precise and reliable temperature control. This machine is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, scientific research units, etc. for drying, baking, wax melting, and sterilization.
Precautions for operating an electric constant temperature blast drying oven:
(1) The drying oven is used for sample melting, drying, or other heating purposes. The high working temperature of Z is 300 ℃. The drying oven operates under conditions where the ambient temperature is not greater than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 85%.
(2) Use a plug socket and ground it with a wire twice the thickness of the power cord. Before use, check the electrical insulation performance and pay attention to whether there are any open circuits, short circuits, or leakage phenomena.
(3) Place a thermometer on the box, turn on the power to adjust the temperature control knob to the set temperature, and check if the thermometer reading matches the set value when the AC contact switch is just disconnected. If there is a discrepancy, make slight adjustments until the constant temperature meets the set temperature.
(4) Open the top or bottom exhaust vent to eliminate moisture inside the box.
(5) The maximum average load of the test sample steel plate is 15Kg. It should not be placed too heavy or too dense, and there must be gaps left. The test sample cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the workshop.
(6) Flammable and volatile substances are strictly prohibited from being placed inside the drying oven to prevent explosions.
(7) Turn on the power, the green indicator light is on, turn on the blower switch, the blower motor runs, turn on the heating power, and the drying oven enters the working state.
(8) During work, the box door should not be opened frequently to avoid affecting the constant temperature field.
(9) This equipment does not have an over temperature protection device, so a dedicated person should monitor the temperature inside the box during operation. Once the temperature is out of control, the power should be cut off for inspection in a timely manner to avoid accidents.
