The main structure of the wet mixing granulator includes the following parts:
•Body and pot: The body and pot of a wet mixing granulator are usually made of stainless steel and have the function of stirring and mixing. The pot body is generally cylindrical, which facilitates material mixing and granulation.
•Mixing device: The mixing device includes a mixing blade and a transmission system. The stirring blade is generally set at the bottom of the material tank and evenly distributed in the tangential direction, which can quickly mix materials. The transmission system drives the stirring blade to rotate through a motor, achieving material mixing.
•Granulation device: The granulation device includes a granulation knife and a transmission system. The granulation knife is installed on the side wall of the material cylinder, cutting the wet mixture at high speed to form uniform wet particles.
•Control system: The control system includes a control panel that can use ordinary buttons or touch screens to make operation more convenient and intuitive. The control system can set and adjust process parameters to ensure the stability and repeatability of the granulation process.
•Inflatable sealing system: Some wet mixing granulators are also equipped with an inflatable sealing system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in high-pressure environments, while also facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
•Feeding port and discharge valve: The feeding port is used to add solid and liquid materials to the mixing cylinder, while the discharge valve is used to discharge the mixed particles, ensuring convenient and non polluting material entry and exit.
