4. The capsule must be locked and of uniform length, and there must be no unqualified capsules.

5. The counting disc should not be heavily pressed, otherwise it cannot work properly; When lifting the machine, do not lift it on the counting disc, otherwise it will loosen and damage the counting disc.

6. The height of the counting disc should be the same as the length of the capsule or slightly higher than the head of the capsule. It should not be too low or too high, otherwise it will damage the capsule when rotating. If it is too low, use a scraper to level the middle protruding part and make the middle hole match the axis to make it a discarded disc. If it is too high, use a lathe to machine the washer under the counting disc.
