The working principle of FL series boiling granulation dryer:
1、 Formation stage of fluidized bed
• Airflow suspension effect
The purified heated air enters the fluidized bed through the bottom screen of the equipment, causing the powder material to suspend and form a stable fluidized state under the action of high-speed airflow.
• Dynamic cyclic motion
The material circulates in a circular or spiral manner in the fluidized bed, dispersing and falling from bottom to top and then to the highest point in all directions to ensure uniform mixing.
2、 Granulation stage
Adhesive atomization spray
The adhesive solution is atomized by a spray gun and sprayed into a fluidized bed, where it comes into contact with suspended powder, causing the powder to aggregate into clusters through bridging action.
• Particle formation mechanism
The pellets are continuously dried under the action of hot air, and the adhesive solidifies after the water evaporates, ultimately forming multi microporous spherical particles. This process is repeated repeatedly until the target particle size is reached.
3、 Drying stage
• Hot air drying
Hot air (temperature up to 120 ℃) continuously carries away moisture from particles, while humid air is filtered through top anti-static filter bags before being discharged.
• Automated control
Some models (such as FL-200) use PLC programming control, which can preset parameters to achieve automatic adjustment of temperature, air volume and other parameters.
