Several common faults and solutions of CH series slot mixer:
1. Leakage problem
The sealing strip is not tightly attached around the discharge door or the cylinder pressure is insufficient, which may cause material leakage. Check the status of the sealing strip and adjust the cylinder pressure to the normal value (recommended pressure range is 8-12 MPa).
2. Bearing overheating
Uneven height of the bearing seat or misalignment between the motor rotor and the mixer rotor can cause overheating of the bearings. Shutdown inspection is required and adjusted to a concentric state to ensure that the lubricating oil accounts for 70% -80% of the bearing space.
3. Mixing blade malfunction
If the active stirring blade becomes loose, check if the nut is tightened. If the blade is severely worn, it is necessary to replace the blade with wear-resistant steel material.
4. Material dumping malfunction
The simultaneous use of the feeding button and reset button can cause equipment malfunction. To operate in sequence: first press the material pouring button, wait for the material chute to tilt to the set angle, and then press the reset button to restore it to its original position.
5. Abnormal electrical control
Electrical equipment malfunction may cause the equipment to malfunction. It is recommended to check the main power switch, motor equipment, and control circuits to ensure that there are no short circuits or open circuits.
