The oral liquid filling production line is widely suitable for the production of oral liquid bottles of different specifications such as 2-25ml. 1. Raw material processing and preparation

• Medicinal herb extraction: Chinese medicinal herbs are extracted by decoction, percolation, or reflux to extract effective ingredients. Medicinal herbs containing volatile components need to be distilled and essential oils collected first.

Purification and concentration: The extract is filtered through micropores (0.22 μ m) or alcohol precipitation to remove impurities, and then vacuum concentrated to a daily dosage of 20-60ml.

• Liquid preparation and volume control: Add sucrose (≤ 20%), preservatives and other auxiliary materials to the concentrated solution, monitor the pH value and content online, and the large capacity liquid preparation system supports batch preparation of 4000L.

2. Container pre-processing

Bottle washing and sterilization: Glass/plastic bottles are cleaned with ultrasonic waves, rinsed with pure water, sterilized with high temperature and high pressure steam or VHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) to ensure sterility.

Drying and dehumidification: The hot air circulation system removes residual moisture from the bottle to avoid dilution of the medication.

3. Filling and sealing

• Precise filling: servo motor-driven ceramic pump filling, accuracy ± 0.5%, 10ml specification speed up to 600 bottles/minute; Nitrogen protection filling to prevent oxidation.

Instant sealing: The capping machine or capping machine automatically seals the aluminum cap, and the sealing performance is visually inspected (leakage detection rate ≥ 99.9%).

4. Terminal processing and packaging

Sterilization guarantee: Temperature control of water bath sterilization cabinet (such as 80 ℃± 1 ℃) or VHP secondary sterilization, with a microbial killing rate of 4-6Log.

Labeling and boxing: The automatic labeling machine identifies batch information, and the robot palletizing system achieves a packaging efficiency of 20 boxes per minute.

2、 Special process of traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid

• Pre treatment of medicinal herbs: Raw materials such as honeysuckle and Scutellaria baicalensis need to be extracted with 95% ethanol reflux, and after recovering ethanol, water is added for precipitation.

Anti corrosion challenge: Non terminal sterilization products rely on CIP/SIP online cleaning systems, and the filling area maintains a D-level cleanliness (dynamic ≤ 3520 particles/m ³).

Stability control: Add natural colloids to prevent precipitation, and package in a dark place to reduce the degradation of active ingredients.
