Is the vertical stainless steel storage tank deformed? This way of handling can solve the problem
Vertical stainless steel storage tank is a type of storage tank made from stainless steel as raw material. Compared with ordinary rotational molding storage tanks, stainless steel storage tanks can withstand high pressure and have a wide range of applications in many high-pressure situations. So, what are the advantages of using it to store liquids?
1. Storage tanks have strong corrosion resistance and are not corroded by residual chlorine in external air and water. Each storage tank undergoes pressure testing and inspection before leaving the factory, and its service life can reach over 100 years under normal pressure.
2. Stainless steel storage tanks have good sealing performance. The sealed design prevents harmful substances in the air and mosquitoes from entering the tank, ensuring that the water quality is not contaminated by external factors and breeding red insects.
3. The water flow design ensures that the sediment at the bottom of the tank does not overturn due to the water flow, ensuring natural stratification of domestic and fire-fighting water, and reducing the turbidity of the domestic water coming out of the tank; But the water pressure increased significantly. Beneficial for improving the performance of domestic and fire-fighting water facilities.
4. Stainless steel storage tanks do not require frequent cleaning, and sediment in the water can be discharged by regularly opening the drain at the bottom of the tank. Simple equipment can be used to clean scale once every 3 years, greatly reducing cleaning costs and pollution.
5. The tank is lightweight and has low wind load. A stainless steel storage tank with a capacity of 10 cubic meters weighs only over 360 kilograms, which is 1/38 the weight of a cement pool. It also has a small wind load, beautiful appearance, and can be used in conjunction with other products, making it a good environmentally friendly product.
Reasons for deformation of vertical stainless steel storage tanks:
1. Carbon structural steel shall not undergo cold correction when the ambient temperature is below -16 ℃, and low-alloy structural steel shall not undergo cold correction when the ambient temperature is below -12 ℃.
2. The heating temperature for carbon structural steel and low-alloy structural steel during heating correction should be selected based on the performance of the stainless steel storage tank. Low alloy steel should be slowly cooled after heating correction.
3. When the deformation of the component is not significant, cold processing correction and hot processing correction can be used; When the deformation is large and difficult to correct, a new part should be replaced for repair.
4. The allowable deviation value after steel correction should meet the requirements.
5. The allowable deviation value of the external dimensions of steel components should meet the requirements.
Deformation treatment method for vertical stainless steel storage tanks:
1. The steel plate is placed on the platform with the convex surface facing upwards. The large impact on the convex part of the medium thick plate can be corrected by striking it from the outside, from far to near, from heavy to light, around the convex surface to gradually flatten the plate and lightly strike the convex part.
2. The parts are placed on the platform, and the protruding parts are struck with appropriate distance from the strike point. The strike should be repeated over and over again, with the strike force increasing from small to large.
3. Place the wrinkled parts on the platform, draw grid lines at both ends of the bow, and hammer them from outside to inside, from heavy to light, and from dense to sparse according to the grid pattern. The striking points should cross in a plum blossom shape.
4. Place the twisted Flat noodles on the platform, hit the Flat noodles edge (warped edge) outside the support point from 1 to 2, and then correct the unevenness on the platform after general correction.
5. T-shaped steel and channel steel are bent and deformed, and when they appear convex, they should be struck. It is necessary to grasp the distance between the support points, the position and weight of the strike points, and strike the "protruding ribs".
