1、 Daily maintenance
1. Pre operation inspection
Confirm that the safety accessories (pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve) are in normal condition and that the lubricating parts have sufficient oil volume.
Check the sealing of valves and pipelines to avoid leaks; Before feeding, it is necessary to verify the cleanliness of the tank body and the previous batch clearance certificate.
2. Monitoring during operation
Control the heating temperature (such as steam pressure of 0.15MPa ± 0.01) and vacuum degree, and observe whether the reflux flow rate is stable.
Regularly inspect the condensation system, vacuum pump, and solvent recovery device to prevent blockages or efficiency degradation.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Key component maintenance
Sealing system: Replace aging sealing rings (such as cylinder push-pull valves and slag discharge door gaskets), adjust bolt tightness to solve water leakage problems.
Transmission components: lubricate moving parts such as guide rails and bearings, check the tension of belts/chains, and replace them if they are severely worn.
2. Cleaning and disinfection
After production, rinse the tank with drinking water until colorless, and if necessary, use a 5% NaOH solution to cycle and clean for 30 minutes to remove residue.
Clean the filter mesh to ensure no blockage; The volatile oil collection system needs to regularly drain condensed water.
3、 Annual major maintenance and safety measures
1. Comprehensive inspection
Dismantle core components (such as spindle, hydraulic cylinder) to check for wear and replace parts that exceed tolerances; Calibrate control system parameters.
Test the effectiveness of safety devices (emergency stop button, grating protection) and update the PLC program to the latest version.
2. Recording and Training
Establish an electronic maintenance ledger to record information on fault handling and component replacement.
Operators need to be trained to operate in a standardized manner (such as avoiding overload operation), and maintenance personnel should be familiar with the equipment disassembly and assembly process.
4、 Precautions
Before maintenance, it is necessary to cut off power, relieve pressure, and hang warning signs; Flammable solvent handling should be carried out in a fume hood.
When not in use for a long time, loosen the sealing components of the main cylinder feeding/discharging port to prevent the elastic failure of the rubber ring.
