1、 Safety operation standards
1. Explosion proof measures: Ensure reliable grounding of the equipment before operation, check the status of explosion-proof electrical components, prohibit tools that are prone to sparks during cleaning, and maintain ventilation and keep away from open flames in the maintenance area.
2. Personal protection: Maintenance personnel should wear anti-static clothing, goggles, and solvent resistant gloves to avoid direct contact with residual organic solvents.
2、 Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning requirements:
Immediately rinse the atomizing disc, nozzle, and drying chamber thoroughly with a specialized cleaning agent (such as ethanol or acetone) after each use to prevent solvent residue crystallization from clogging.
The pipeline system adopts' chemical cleaning ': the organic solvent pipeline is cleaned with low concentration acid/alkali solution (1-2% HNO3 or 0.5-1% NaOH) for circulation, and then rinsed with deionized water.
2. Operation monitoring:
Before starting up, check the fuel supply status of the oil pump. If there is any abnormal noise from the nozzle, stop the machine immediately to clean up impurities;
Regularly calibrate instruments such as thermometers and pressure gauges to ensure accurate readings.
3、 Regular maintenance (executed according to the cycle)
1. Weekly:
Lubricate transmission components (bearings, chains) and check for leaks in seals;
Clean the dust from the air filter and cyclone separator.
2. Monthly:
Disassemble the atomizer and check for wear: focus on observing the integrity of the atomizer disc edge, whether the main shaft is bent, and replace the aging sealing ring;
Test the insulation performance of the electrical system and tighten the wiring terminals.
3. Every year:
Fully replace vulnerable parts such as nozzles and filters, and clean the hot air system (heater, fan impeller).

1. Nebulizer maintenance:
Protect the spindle from collision during disassembly, and confirm that the left-hand nut is fully locked after installation;
The scale on the atomizing disc needs to be soaked and dissolved. Scratching with hard objects is prohibited.
2. Electrical system:
In the event of a circuit malfunction (such as no output from the atomizer), priority should be given to checking for relay contact carbonization, transistor breakdown, and abnormal base voltage.
