The working principle of the gold inspection and re inspection machine combines two functions: metal detection and weight detection. It mainly achieves comprehensive product inspection through electromagnetic induction and weight measurement.
1. Principles of Metal Detection
The metal detection part in the gold inspection and re inspection integrated machine is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Its core components include a central transmitting coil and two equivalent receiving coils, which are assembled in a detection head. The oscillator emits a high-frequency magnetic field through the transmitting coil in the middle, and the induced voltages of the two receiving coils cancel each other out when the magnetic field is not disturbed, maintaining a balanced state. When metal impurities enter the magnetic field region, they will disrupt this balance because the metal will generate eddy currents in the magnetic field, which will affect the original magnetic field and cause the induced voltage of the receiving coil to be unable to cancel out. These un cancelled induced voltages are amplified and processed by the control system, generating alarm signals to detect the presence of metal impurities.
2. Weight detection principle
The weight detection part checks whether the actual weight of the product matches the set target weight. The built-in sensors of the device will monitor the weight of the product in real time and compare it with the preset target weight. If the actual weight does not match the target weight, the equipment will trigger an alarm or automatically remove defective products through a removal device to ensure that the product meets quality standards.
The gold inspection and re inspection integrated machine is widely used in the production processes of food, medicine, cosmetics, and textiles to detect whether metal foreign objects are mixed in products and whether the weight meets the standard.
