The antibiotic glass bottle screw packaging machine is mainly composed of a bottle sorting turntable, an inlet and outlet bottle conveying track, a packaging mechanism, a powder hopper, a stopper oscillator, an organic glass cover, a stopper mechanism, a hand cranked shaft, a transmission mechanism, a stopper mechanism, a control panel, a lower stopper track, a main motor, and an electrical control part.
1. The bottle sorting turntable is mainly used to sort out the disorderly bottles. It can rotate through the turntable to make the bottles neatly enter the conveyor track.
2. The bottle entry and exit track is mainly used to feed the bottles into the bottle control tray, and then send the packed bottles out of the packaging machine to enter the next process.
3. The packaging mechanism is to feed the medicinal powder in the powder hopper into the packaging screw through the powder feeding screw. The packaging screw accurately controls the amount of powder through the rotation steps of the stepper motor, thereby meeting GMP requirements.
4. The powder hopper is used to store medicinal powder, which is added by the operator.
5. The oscillator is an electromagnetic oscillator that can excite the oscillator to straighten out the disorderly rubber plugs, and then send the rubber plugs into the plug adding mechanism through the lower plug track.
6. Organic glass cover is used to protect the powder and bottles from contamination during packaging, in order to meet GMP requirements.
7. Hand cranked shafts are used for turning equipment during debugging.
8. The transmission mechanism is used to drive the bottle sorting turntable, conveying mechanism, bottle control disc and other mechanisms, and is the main part of the entire equipment.
9. The stopper pressing mechanism is used to straighten the rubber stopper of the oscillator and send it into the stopper pressing mechanism through the lower stopper track. The stopper pressing mechanism accurately presses the rubber stopper into the bottle mouth to meet the process requirements.
10. The main motor is used to drive the transmission mechanism and make the entire equipment operate.
11. The control panel is used to operate the entire device. In general, there are two types of control, one is touch screen control and the other is normal control. Users can choose their own control methods when signing contracts.
12. The lower plug track is used to connect the oscillator and the plug pressing mechanism.
