The maintenance and upkeep of the small single blade high-speed capping machine should focus on the following core components and operating standards:
1、 Bottle tray maintenance
Check the stability of operation daily, and replace the supporting bearings if there is any abnormal noise;
When the surface turns black, it needs to be cleaned or replaced. If the motor reducer is abnormal, it needs to be oiled or replaced.
2、 Bottle group maintenance
The mesh belt should be kept flat and unobstructed, and the gap between the fence channels should be controlled at 0.5-1mm;
The synchronous belt of the winch needs to be replaced due to wear, and the shifting wheel needs to be aligned with the R position.
3、 Key maintenance of the capping group
The cylinder of the bottle holder needs to be replaced due to air leakage, and the rotary bottle gear needs to be refilled due to oil shortage;
The rolling blade bearing needs to be replaced due to wear, and the tension spring should be updated synchronously when it is fatigued;
If the wear of the pressure head friction pad exceeds 0.3mm, it must be replaced immediately.
4、 Lubrication and Cleaning Standards
Add high-temperature lubricating grease (temperature resistance ≥ 120 ℃) to the guide rail and screw rod every week;
The aluminum lid oscillating bucket needs to be disassembled and cleaned every month, and the hook of the lid dropping track needs to be replaced if it wears out more than 0.2mm.
5、 Electrical system inspection
Clean the visual inspection lens daily and tighten loose bolts;
Stop the vacuum pump immediately for maintenance due to abnormal response, and replace the clogged filter element.
Special Reminder: For annual major repairs, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the wear of the spindle box gears, and synchronously calibrate the accuracy of the cover pressure sensor. Operators must hold a certificate to work, and maintenance records should include the torque parameters adjusted each time.
