Principle:
Tunnel oven is a type of oven that uses long box hot air circulation and far-infrared drying method for drying. Mainly for the drying and drying needs that require high production efficiency.
The basic working principle is that under the monitoring of the computer system, the bottles are transported by the conveyor belt and sequentially enter the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone, and low-temperature cooling zone of the hot air circulation tunnel oven. The conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system is set to have paperless or paper-based recording. The entire process is always under hundred level laminar flow protection.
Instructions for use:
1. The oven transmission mainly adopts stainless steel chains or stainless steel mesh belts. The tunnel oven can be used for different product production, and the suitable operating speed can be adjusted according to different requirements.
2. The electric heating element adopts high-quality milky white quartz glass tube or far-infrared directional radiator as the heating element, which has the characteristics of high radiation coefficient, low energy consumption, fast temperature rise, and small temperature shock.
3. The air supply outlet is equipped with a high-efficiency filter to purify the incoming air, while the exhaust outlet is also equipped with a high-efficiency filter to prevent the backflow of unclean air. At the same time, there is a butterfly valve damper to control the air volume. This machine is equipped with preheating zone, constant temperature zone, cooling zone, cooling zone and other areas, with two temperature ranges: room temperature -200 ℃ and room temperature -300 ℃.
4. The hot air circulation tunnel oven is made of stainless steel except for the frame, and the insulation material is made of aluminum silicate fiber, which has the advantages of good insulation performance.
5. An additional distribution control cabinet can be installed, equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, and digital temperature controller, as well as electrical configurations such as a motor speed controller to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
