At the technical service level, Yinzhike Instrument will output its mature laboratory equipment maintenance system, form a bilingual technical service team with Green Van, share the technical resources of 14 senior engineers and more than 50 cooperative engineers, and provide rapid response services for equipment such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. It promises to respond to warranty needs within 3 hours and provide backup machines if problems are not solved within 7 working days, solving the industry pain points of "difficult maintenance and long cycle" for imported equipment in the Russian market. Both parties also plan to jointly establish a cross-border laboratory service demonstration center in Moscow to provide technical training and equipment certification services.
