Recently, Shanghai Yinzhi Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinzhi Scientific Instrument") announced that it has successfully completed the laboratory relocation project of Shanxi Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as "Shanxi CDC"). The project lasted for 45 days and successfully achieved the overall migration of the laboratory and equipment installation and debugging, marking a significant breakthrough for Yinzhike Instrument in the field of laboratory relocation services in the North China region, especially in the Shanxi market, and further consolidating its position in the industry.

During the project implementation process, Yinzhike Instrument strictly follows the established grading management strategy, and meticulously divides laboratory instruments and equipment into Level I (valuable precision equipment), Level II (ordinary precision equipment), and Level III (ordinary equipment). Strict and personalized testing, disassembly, transportation, installation, and debugging processes have been developed for devices of different levels. For Class I valuable precision equipment, such as high-resolution mass spectrometers, gene sequencers, etc., comprehensive performance testing was conducted before relocation, and professional engineers used customized shockproof and moisture-proof packaging solutions for disassembly and packaging. During transportation, professional constant temperature and humidity transport vehicles are equipped, and high-precision monitoring equipment is used to monitor the equipment status in real time, ensuring that the equipment is not damaged during transportation. For Class II ordinary precision equipment, such as high-performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption spectroscopy, etc., rigorous testing and standardized disassembly processes have also been carried out, using professional handling tools and protective materials to ensure the safety of the equipment during handling. And Class III ordinary equipment is also processed according to standardized operating procedures to ensure an orderly relocation process.
To ensure the smooth progress of the relocation work, Yinzhike Instrument has formed a project team led by a senior project manager, including instrument engineers, logistics experts, safety specialists, and other professionals from multiple fields. Before the project was launched, the team members conducted a detailed on-site investigation of the existing equipment, layout, environment, etc. of the Shanxi CDC laboratory, and developed a detailed and comprehensive relocation plan. The plan specifies the work tasks, responsible persons, and time nodes for each stage, and also develops a comprehensive emergency plan to deal with possible emergencies. During the relocation process, the project team strictly followed the plan and adopted the principles of "unified command, division of labor and responsibility, ensuring safety, and coordination and cooperation" to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of the relocation work. After the end of each day's work, the project team will hold a summary meeting to review the work of the day, promptly solve any problems that arise, and optimize and adjust the work of the next day.
The scale of this laboratory relocation project is huge, involving over 50 sets of precision instruments and equipment, as well as a large amount of experimental reagents, samples, and office supplies. During the equipment installation and debugging phase, the engineering team of Yinzhike Instrument demonstrated superb professional skills and rich experience. They installed and debugged each instrument and equipment accurately according to the technical requirements and operating procedures of the equipment. During the installation and debugging process, strict quality control standards were implemented, and comprehensive testing and verification of various performance indicators of the equipment were carried out to ensure that the equipment can operate normally after relocation, and the performance indicators are not lower than the level before relocation. At the same time, the engineering team also provided on-site training for the staff of Shanxi CDC, explaining in detail the operation methods, maintenance points, and common troubleshooting methods of the equipment, ensuring that they can proficiently master the use of the equipment.
After 45 days of intense work, Yinzhike Instrument completed the relocation project of Shanxi CDC laboratory on time. At present, all laboratory equipment has been installed and debugged, and has passed strict acceptance tests, officially put into use.
