The split type ultrafine colloid mill is driven by an electric motor through a belt drive to rotate the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) at high speed. The processed material is pressurized by its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump) to generate a downward spiral impact force. Through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill (adjustable gap), it is subjected to strong physical effects such as shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, effectively emulsifying, dispersing, and crushing the material, achieving the effect of ultrafine crushing and emulsification of the material.
The crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding zones, with the first stage being the coarse grinding zone, the second stage being the fine grinding zone, and the third stage being the ultrafine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the stator and rotor, the desired ultrafine grinding effect can be effectively achieved (which can also be processed cyclically).
Split type ultrafine colloid millWorking Principle:
1、 The basic working principle of a colloid mill is shear, grinding, and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the phase and friction force of the grinding disc's tooth shaped inclined surface, as well as complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortices to grind, emulsify, crush, and homogenize materials;
2、 The motor is designed according to the needs of the colloid mill, and a water blocking plate is installed on the motor flange cover to prevent leakage;
3、 The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, and the key components of the machine on the dynamic and static grinding discs are made of stainless steel tools. The tooth shape of the grinding disc varies according to the properties of the processed material, but the material is made of stainless steel tools;
4、 The structure is compact, simple, small in size, light in weight, and easy to operate. It consists of three parts: a grinding head, a base transmission component, and an electric motor.
