ECAS is a high-performance ultra high speed dispersing emulsifier designed for bottom entry into containers. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses viscous liquid media in free flowing or batch processing operations. Using the rotor stator principle, ECAS is suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional mixing methods. It is suitable for special environments or sanitary considerations, and is installed at the bottom of the container. After processing the material, it can be released or circulated in a high shear dispersing emulsifier at the bottom of the tank. Traditional tank bottom installation materials cannot be released separately after processing. ECAS can provide two different circulation modes, internal and external.
