Flame retardant breathing valve is a ventilation device installed on fixed storage tanks in petrochemical industry to prevent damage to the tank caused by overpressure or vacuum, prevent external flames from entering, and reduce the loss of liquid evaporation in the tank.
According to the national "Fire Protection Design Code for Petrochemical Industry" GB50160, "Fixed arch top tanks for Class A and B liquids should be equipped with flame arresters and breathing valves." In order to meet this requirement, our factory has been jointly developing a complete series of all-weather (fireproof) breathing valves with Sinopec Beijing Design Institute since 1996. It has the characteristics of scientific and innovative design, complete specifications and models, compact structure, light weight, large ventilation capacity, and small leakage. The product structure includes breathing type, single breathing type, single suction type, reducing type, and jacket type. Various structural forms can be equipped with flame arresters, as well as the required suction and suction end connecting pipes. At the same time, different materials are used to manufacture storage tanks for different media such as oil, chemicals, and food, meeting the process requirements of various storage and transportation systems.

A breathing valve is a ventilation device fixed on the top of a storage tank to ensure the normal pressure inside the tank, prevent overpressure or vacuum inside the tank, and reduce the loss of liquid evaporation in the tank.
