1. Core workflow
Adopting a rotating turntable design, multi station synchronous operation is achieved through a split body structure.
Positive pressure molding technology heats and softens aluminum foil or aluminum-plastic materials, and then forms a blister structure through vacuum forming using molds.
During the heat sealing stage, a cylinder is used to drive the mold, combined with a PT301 drum thermometer to ensure temperature stability and achieve high sealing requirements for pharmaceutical boards or food packaging.
The mechanical arm traction is linked with the fiber optic detection system to automatically remove waste plates and complete finished product cutting.

Parallel axis helical gear reducer improves operational stability, while imported rubber locking technology reduces material loss.
