2、 Regular maintenance
1. Weekly: Check the tightness of the sealing ring and conveyor belt, and clean the internal dust.
2. Monthly: Disassemble and clean the filling valve core, check the cylinder sealing, and calibrate the filling accuracy.
3. Quarterly: Replace the synchronous belt and filter element, discharge concentrated water and check the filter element.
3、 Parameter adjustment
1. Synchronous calibration: Set the conveyor belt speed to 1.0-1.05 times the star wheel speed, with an error of ± 2%.
2. Leak prevention: Adjust the nozzle closing time to 0.05-0.1 seconds and reduce the pressure to below 10-20 PSI.
3. Filling accuracy: Adjust the pump running time (0.2-0.5 seconds/cycle) according to the viscosity of the liquid.
