The operation steps of the high-speed oral liquid filling machine are as follows:
1、 Check before startup
1. Safety and Environmental Confirmation
Check that there are no obstructions around the equipment, the compressed air pressure is stable at 0.05-0.07MPa, the power grounding is normal, and there are no leaks in the air/water source pipelines.
Ensure that the storage tank, bottle cap track, and conveyor belt are clean and free of foreign objects, and that the filtration device is intact and undamaged.
2. Key component verification
Check the sealing of the filling pump (peristaltic pump or piston pump), confirm that the capping blade is not worn, and the tension of the conveyor belt is moderate; Food grade lubricants (such as medical Vaseline) should be used for lubrication parts.
2、 Parameter Setting and Startup
1. Filling volume setting
Input the target capacity (such as 10ml/25ml) through the control panel and use a two-stage calibration of 'coarse adjustment+fine adjustment':
Coarse tuning: Set the target value (such as 10.000kg), with an allowable error range of ± 0.5kg;
Fine tuning: Based on the actual filling deviation, fine tune through the 'feeding' function (such as adding 0.1kg to the precise value).
2. Speed and sealing adjustment
It is recommended to set the filling speed to medium low speed (recommended range 30-70) to prevent liquid splashing;
The screw cap pressure is calibrated by a torque tester to ensure that the aluminum cap threads are clear and the sealing meets the standard.
3、 Run operation
1. Start the process
Press the green start button → the conveyor belt automatically enters the bottle → the bottle washing machine is rinsed with circulating water (water temperature ≤ 4 ℃ is better) → the filling head is quantitatively injected → instantaneous capping and sealing.
2. Key points of real-time monitoring
Filling accuracy: Sampling and weighing are conducted every 30 minutes, and if the error exceeds ± 1%, the machine needs to be stopped for adjustment;
Sealing quality: visually inspect the flatness of the bottle cap and hand twist test for no looseness;
Aseptic control: The temperature in the filling area is maintained at 15-20 ℃, and the parts in contact with the material are disinfected with alcohol every 4 hours.
4、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Standardize shutdown procedures
Press the red stop button → turn off the main power → drain the residual medicine → clean the pipeline with purified water at 60-80 ℃ for 15 minutes.
2. Key maintenance measures
Daily maintenance: After rinsing, inject 0-1 ℃ ice water to prevent bacteria and lubricate the conveyor chain;
Weekly maintenance: Disassemble the filling valve for ultrasonic cleaning, replace the filter;
Monthly maintenance: calibrate the weighing sensor and check the sealing of pneumatic components.
Operation warning:
It is strictly prohibited to start equipment without using compressed air (which may damage pneumatic components);
When filling liquids with a temperature>40 ℃, it is necessary to cool them down in advance to prevent inaccurate measurement due to thermal expansion.
