Daily maintenance of electric steam generator

1Regular pressurized discharge of steam generator: The steam generator is shut down every day15After minutes and the pressure drops to0.1MPaOpen the drain valve for drainage.

①It is strictly prohibited to discharge the steam immediately after shutdown, as the internal temperature of the steam generator is high. Immediate discharge may cause rapid cooling and damage to the steam generator;

②It is strictly prohibited to discharge sewage under high pressure in the steam generator. When discharging sewage under high pressure, it is easy for the sewage to recoil and burn personnel.

2The safety valve is quickly pulled up regularly every month to maintain flexibility: it is quickly pulled every month under steam pressure2-3Quickly lower the handle of the secondary safety valve, and if steam sprays out, the safety valve will be flexible and effective.

①If there is no steam spray, the steam generator should be immediately stopped and the safety valve should be sent to the inspection station for verification. Only after passing the inspection can the steam generator be put back into use;

3Regularly tighten the electrical wiring terminals of the equipment: connect all electrical wiring terminals of the equipment15Tighten once a day, depending on the frequency of use.

①If the wiring terminals are not tightened for a long time, they may become loose or even fall off, which can easily cause equipment damage and serious safety accidents.

4Regularly or irregularly test the water quality of the steam generator to prevent scaling: It is recommended to use softened water or pure water for the steam generator, so operators need to regularly or irregularly inspect the water quality of the steam generator water source to prevent the equipment from supplying hard water.

①If the water quality is found to be unqualified, the steam generator needs to be immediately shut down and the water supply stopped. Simultaneously regenerate the soft water and retest the water quality until it meets the requirements;

②If the equipment is supplied with hard water, it may cause a decrease in thermal efficiency and an increase in energy consumption, and in severe cases, it may affect the service life of the equipment and even pose safety hazards.

5Regular calibration of safety valves and pressure gauges (generally once a year, subject to local regulations).

①If safety valves and pressure gauges are not regularly calibrated, steam generators are strictly prohibited from being put into use;

②If the safety valve and pressure gauge have expired and not been calibrated, the steam generator is strictly prohibited from being put into use.

6Generator descaling:

The heating tube and water level sensor should be removed every six months to remove surface scale, and the scale inside the generator should also be removed.

Warning:

According to the first inspection of the surface structure of the heating tube, if there is less scale, the next cycle can be extended appropriately. If there is more scale, the descaling cycle should be shortened next time.

Kind reminder: The ambient temperature for using the generator is5 ℃ -45 ℃ is recommended. Due to the recent sudden drop in temperature, in order to prevent the generator pipeline and water pump from freezing and cracking, please drain the water pump and pipeline after shutting down the furnace!
